The Full Moon is almost upon us and I’m sure many of you are feeling some anxiety and wondering where it’s coming from. Capricorn energy is usually grounded, stable, and secure; but when paired with it’s opposite, Sun in Cancer, a new balance is presented between the Earth and Water elements. Cancer is emotional, nurturing, and highly concerned with the past. We also just passed the Summer Solstice last Thursday which is encouraging us all to purge any toxic energy before heading on into the Fall and Winter months.
Think back to where you began this year and the state of your relationships. Have you stayed true to yourself? Have you established healthy boundaries with others? Are you keeping your own cup full so that you can nurture others with the best of yourself instead of the rest of yourself?
Also think back to the seeds you wanted to plant. Have you planted them? How are they growing? If they have not grown as expected, how can you change their environment to better nurture their growth (and yours) now?
SIX planets will be in retrograde as of August 7th, representing a time when looking into the past is more inevitable than it is right now. Retrogrades drive people crazy sometimes- but only when they are avoiding the truth. The single best thing you can do right now is OWN YOUR LIFE. Take complete responsibility for who you are and where you are. Avoid placing blame.
And if anxiety comes, remind yourself how far you have come and how much strength you have gained. You can face any challenges in your life now. You are strong and able. You do have what it takes to succeed. BELIEVE IN YOU. It doesn’t matter if millions believe in you if you don’t believe in yourself.
Still feeling too much intensity? Nature is your best friend today. Take some time to ground and find clarity wherever you are. Sit by a tree. Notice how deep it’s roots go. Think about how it will survive through the winter. Walk barefoot. Observe animals and how they play. Connect with all of life ❤
